  23. Sorry about the last message, hit the wrong key.  You have to solder a 
  24. wire & connecter to an A4000 WE to connect the WE to one of the 3000's 
  25. CIA chips.  If you have a 16MHz machine you will need to change about 3 
  26. or 4 jumpers.  Lastly, the WE does not physically fit in a 3000 desktop 
  27. machine.  The 2 solutions to this problem are: 1. take a hack saw to your 
  28. drive bay, 2. leave the cover off the case.

  30. I don't remember the jumper settings off hand, the wire you need to 
  31. solder goes in J4 (I think).  It's located at the bottom right hand 
  32. corner of the WE.  The other end connects to the bottom right hand pin of 
  33. one of the CIA chips (I'm afraid I don't remember which one).  If you 
  34. need the details let me know & I'll look at my setup & send it to you.
